Market Reach & Network
This is one of the biggest USP of
MSTronics. MSTronics has probably
the most widespread Distribution
and Dealer network in the Indian
Sign Business. Its products are now
sold and used in all states of the
country including far flung ones like
Kashmir, Nagaland, Mizoram etc. It
has its own office’s at Mumbai, Delhi
and Ludhiana. It has 36 major dealers + 70 representative dealers across the country. Major dealers would mean those which have a large area that they cater to. It could be a single or multiple states. Representative dealers are smaller ones which have limited scope of area that is catered by them. Tier I – would include Metro’s like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata. MSTronics has its own offices , warehouse in Delhi, Ludhiana and Mumbai (and also Dealers) whereas Dealers in Chennai, Bangalore & Kolkata. Tier II – would include cities such as Chandigarh, Lucknow,, Amritsar, Ahemdabad, Vadodara, Surat, Jaipur, Udaipur, Pune, Nagpur, Cochin, Madurai etc etc . MSTronics have Dealers in all these cities and more. Tier III – would include other cities which have a population of less than 1 Million . MSTronics does not have direct dealers but sub dealers in this segment. Question. Being based in Delhi i.e northern India, how will MSTronics manage all India sales and after sales services? MSTronics already has offices in Mumbai and Ludhiana, besides Delhi. It intends to open offices at Chennai (or Bangalore) and Kolkata to service the requirements |
